During the October Half Term we are running workshops for children 6+.

The students will design, create, paint and then take home their pieces of art at the end of the day.

You can opt to book a 10am-12pm morning or 1-3pm afternoon session, or book for a Full Day which is 10am - 3 pm. The full day covers both sessions and an hour lunch break which we will have lunch and play arty games. Children must bring a nut-free lunch box with them if attending the Full Day.

We are also introducing an 11+ workshop for students who would prefer an older environment these are 4-6pm.

Each two hour session has a specific project so please have browse at the upcoming projects for the week…

Workshop FAQs

  • We provide all materials for the session, as well as aprons that we ask all students to wear. Quite a few of the materials we use in our art classes will stain clothing so we do advise everyone to come in old clothes. The aprons can only do so much and in our experience it can get pretty messy!!

    If you book a 'Full Day' this includes lunch break so please bring along a nut-free lunch box!

  • Unfortunately no, we can not accommodate children younger than 6. But please do have a look at our Early Years section on our 'Classes' page.

  • You are welcome to change the date of your booking as long as we have space in your preferred slot. Please give us as much notice as possible.

    If we cannot swap your booking and you can no longer attend your original booking then the refund policy will apply.

  • Please contact us asap via email (contact@thestudiocheam.co.uk) to confirm your cancellation.

    If you notify us with 10 days notice before the date of your booking, then we will provide a full refund.

    If you notify us with less than 10 days notice before the date of your booking, we will be unable to refund you. We can offer credit to use for a future booking.

    If you notify us with less than 24 hours notice we will be unable to provide you with a refund or credit.
