We have lots of different party project options ranging from acrylic, watercolour, printing and clay. When you send in a party enquiry we will send you over lots of example photos of different projects. If you have a specific theme in mind then please let us know as we are always happy to create a bespoke project!

We provide all materials needed for your chosen project and aprons for all children and adults.

We will hang up some party bunting and some balloons. You are still welcome to bring bonus decorations/ helium balloons - we say the more decorations the better!!

You can bring along food and drinks that you would like to offer guests at your party. You can also order food to be delivered to The Studio - pizza is always a big hit! Alcohol is permitted if suitable for the type of event.

There is a £50 deposit that can be paid via bank transfer to secure your booking date.

We will then get in touch closer to your party date to confirm attendee numbers. Once confirmed we will then send you an invoice for the remaining balance. This balance needs to be paid at least 7 days prior to your booking.

All payments are fully refundable if you cancel you booking with 10 or days notice. If the notice is any less we will require the full payment.

On party day you are welcome to come 15/20 mins before your guests so you can set up food, any decorations and get settled in.

You will need to bring cups, plates, napkins, knife for the cake, matches etc.

There is one private parking space at the back of The Studio which you are welcome to use. This is accessed via the service road directly next to The Studio. Your guests will have to park along Mulgrave Road in the free 2 hour parking bays.

One parent of the birthday boy/girl will stay during the party and will need to have all emergency contacts and allergy information for all the children attending. (This is applicable for 6 year olds birthdays+)
